Our Approach
After more than 15 years of working for nonprofit organizations, Monica decided to change her direction. Now, she shares her experience and education to help other nonprofit organizations. Monica is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP), and has her Masters in Nonprofit Administration. She has also earned the Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University.

Some clients begin our engagement with an overview of "Fundraising 101" and others want to dive right in and conduct a development audit. A development audit is an internal assessment of the organization’s fundraising program and its readiness to embark on new development ventures ("The Development Plan" Lysakowski, 2007). This can be done internally, but hiring a consultant to interview community partners will provide you with a more accurate assessment of your organization. And, who doesn't want to know what our community partners really think of us, right?

Find a nonprofit consultant you are comfortable working with. We like for you to feel like we are an extension of your organization. We are ready to answer a quick question or conduct a board retreat. Or, help your organization through strategic planning that will lead to a capital or comprehensive campaign. Then, help you take that campaign all the way to goal!
